    Ok, so it has come to me that a majority of the McBrawl WarZ and War maps have been made by staff, only staff in the case of WarZ. Being that this could be a detriment in the fact it occupies staff from doing there work, I think there should be an official server build team. Like mods without the perms, these players would have a global rank and instead of the current system that is in effect, would be organized. It is clear that in a whole this would really benefit the server, as all that make it into the ranks of this team would be able to build for the server and not have to submit anything for it in the lagging process that is currently used. In fact, this would be extremely helpful because newer maps would be made in a much faster time. With twenty more players, even a new WarZ map would be built twice as fast and even with more detail.

    However, just like staff, there would be order and specific requirements to stay on the team. Builders should have to create a certain amount of builds per month to stay on, and also must be mature in a similar way to staff. In many cases, keeping this sort of disciplinary action will also increase the faster production of builds—everyone will stay on task.

    To get builder, people should apply as well like staff or have a high creative rank such as WEPro or WE2.

    There is a "Creative Manager" rank that is given to some staff members and a few non-staff that help build the maps of McBrawl. You should ask one of them for more information.

    @MrDasky is one of the players that is non-staff with Creative Manager

    I know. But the thing is that there should be some sort of open team that is not for select players. People should be able to apply. Also, it should not have as much perms as CM, and should at maximum only have WEPro commands.

    Like I said, since he is a non-staff member with a "Build" rank there is a way to obtain it.
    Maybe there should be a way to apply for it, but you could talk to him or any other creative manager privately for more information about how to become one.

    Our currently "brawl build team" is the creative managers, these staff members build the McBrawl maps. They don't just moderate creative.

    Still, I want there to be a larger body below CMs that can build when they aren't around (90% of the time). This way, products would be made around the clock and would not be restricted to the sole capabilities of a handful of people.

    This is what I would think. I do however think that the community itself makes wonderful maps not only staff but OP Builder (or whatever you want to call it) could be a great opportunity for great builders out there. I'm thinking it be a rank.

    I don't support this idea at all; leave it the way it is. Prove worthy you can build for us which leads you to have the creative manager. Creative managers are people that we strongly trust and know are efficient. Signing up for a build team isn't showing anything at all from their side; it's just simply showing hey guys I can post on the forums and post a few pictures!

    I said it could have a trial setup like for mods. People would have to prove their skill in front of other eyes. It would be too dangerous if not done in such a fashion.

    Before @gamemaster800 became creative manager, he helped me on almost all Brawl related builds. Although there is no Brawl building "team", we let normal players such as game, qqmasterhelp.

    Plus, anyone can submit their builds. If you want to make an MC-War map, you don't have to sign up for a team, you can build & submit it yourself. A lot of our maps are player-made.

    Okay first of all, building something in front of my eyes isn't going to impress me and even if it could it would have to take 6+ hours which I'm not going to wait for and I'm talking about multiple 6+ hour builds. Personality is key as well in creative so building something isn't the whole story; we really need a chance to see what they are by their actions within game. This all is literally what a creative manager is. Creative managers are someone who we know has been around for awhile, we know is dedicated, we know is a good builder, and we know is friendly. All this post is telling me is that we need more creative managers...

    However, establishing a build team to collaborate and make an excellent product is much better a majority of the builders who have posted map submissions. The only thing that I am asking for with a new build team would be efficiency, to be able to finish maps in very little time unlike it is currently.

    And no, creative managers are staff, this shouldn't be considered staff. Also, like I said before, this would be faster than what the CMs are doing now.

    By trial, I also meant doing multiple lengthy and enduring builds that can tell if a builder is as proficient and as rigorous as he claims to be.

    If we need something built, we can definitely build it quickly no doubt it's just that right now there are no projects to be worked on. We literally finished all the event projects in 2 hours for this Friday.

    The basis of the projects for the team would likely be nonessential. Things like new maps, WarZ builds, and mini game arenas that could have some usefulness and are not necessary for the server. It will get the builds that are overlooked by staff done.

    This would be so annoying to do and keep track of, the system we have now is perfectly fine.

    But the thing is, the staff needs their input in all of it too. If they're not focused on that specific project then many things might go wrong in the project having things be redone.

    That's why it would be exclusive, as I said before. People would apply with a written application with screenshots. If their app is accepted by staff for what they've seen, then the trial process would be used. This would stop there from being too many trials for staff to precede over.

    Staff would also have their input, and the builders would be supervised by CMs.
