    One could get you to a 1000 fps with enough ram, but fps doesn't matter above 120

    How to ACTUALLY get better frames: Get a Mac. :V
    I get over 300 frames at minimum.

    To everyone bragging about their ridicoulusly high FPS: There is no point in having such a high FPS, because the human eye can only see about 180 or something like that. Anything above that is a waste of recources, unless you are running a simulator. Minecraft is definitly not a simulator.

    Also the highest that monitors can put out is 144 fps,and there are only 10 or so of them and they are really expensive, so over that and there is no point

    Unless you are running a accurate simulator. A really high fps would mean that it can simulate more detailed and more accurately. However, minecraft is not at all a simulator. 600 FPS in minecraft is only useful for bragging purpouses.

    -_- fine did u steal it from the freaking $1000000000000 computer store

    BOOOOO!! apple sux. (except for macs ipod5 and some ipads) macs aren't necessarily good u have to spend $1000
