    The reason it look like 3 fps for you is @poaches render every of his video to 30fps but really he's getting 200fps.

    Incorrect :stuck_out_tongue: He most likely has his video capture settings to 30fps or lower. If he sets it to 60fps or higher, the video will run smoother . Video render has nothing to do with lag. It only consists of how good the quality is going to be depending on the render settings.
