    So today I was playing on the map dday, and I realized how unfair it is... If you are red, you must cross an ocean using sponges on ships. If you miss a ship, you swim in the ocean until you get to a boat or get 1 shot by an iso. Most of the time, its the latter. Pls fix

    That map has been broken like that for a while.
    I'm pretty sure most players don't care about the advantage/disadvantage anymore, they simply got used to it.

    lol I was in that map with you

    The USA is known for getting thrashed before they even got to the beach so I think the map is fine.... just hope you're a nazi

    I do agree that you have a bigger change of winning if you're on the blue team.
    Personally, I like to be on the red team. It's a bit more challenging.
    I've already nuked sometimes when being red.

    Because everyone knows the actual D-Day was 100% fair too. :v


    I really don't see why they just can't bring back both versions of the maps.

    Your team has to have a good offensive push. Many times, I have snuck behind the blue team lines and wrecked havoc on them. Its about making offensive pushes, holding the line, and sneaking behind enemy lines. Snipers should provide cover fire while smg and assault rifle people climb the wall. That's the key to success.

    IMO, red is better, you can easily camp the blue coming down the ledges.

    Because they didn't use human launching sponges in Normandy. Can you imagine if they did though?

    True dat. However the map is kind of incorrect. The dday landings were not against stone walls. It was really a beach fortified with mines, anti tank traps, artillery and mg nests. There were no mg nests on the beach at all. But none the less it is a fun and challenging map to play on.
