    I believe they can make PvP more dynamic.
    But people would use them to run away from fights.

    Some servers use cooldowns to nerf the ender pearls.
    You throw an ender pearl, then you have to wait 15 seconds before throwing another one.
    I believe that a plugin like this can be made easily.

    It would be hard to PvP if the loosing player simply uses a enderpearl and nobody dies.

    If both players who are fighting have ender pearls, and the cooldown plugin is used. It would still be possible for the player who is winning to kill the one who tried to escape.

    Maybe the enderpearls couldnt be used in the 512 x 512 spawn area. But they would be enabled in the rest of the map.

    I think it would make PvP require more skill (kinda) but like Roke said, people could just run, and no one would die... a 1 minute cool down would be better, still not sure about it though.

    Ender pearling in the end is allowed, which I like!
