Idea Reset Idea For Admins

    Hello fellow brawlers!
    Sometimes when I'll be mining, I'll come across a xray tunnel. I can tell this is xray because the tunnel goes left to right, up down, and I also know that people have been banned for xray but when they pvp, their completely legit. So their xraying to get ores, and use them to pvp to get more loot. Not fair.
    This is why I think after the reset (today) there should be some admins online tping to players invisible or hidden. This way we can catch some more filthy hackers online and get them banned. Hope you like the idea and I hope this could happen.

    Admins are busy people so I don’t know if this can happen. I believe there is a plugin though to stop X-rayers maybe if that was added it would take care of the issue here.

    We only got 3 admins and they already got so much work to do, this won't work. However, if SMods can spectate, it may be possible.

    This plugin was suggested before, if I remember it right it would cause lag.

    Or maybe Brawl could setup an x-ray ticket system? I know this other PvP server that has it. It's basically a system where you fill out some details and you send it to their website, similar to McBrawl's reports. After sending it, a staff member will look at the your report, roll back your base in-game and ban the hacker.

    In my opinion, this would be a pretty cool addition to Brawl's PvP server.

    There are ways to reduce the lag. If I recall, the Hypixel dev team managed to reduce the lag with their anti X-Ray plugin.

    As said, admins are busy, and as said there should be an anti-Xray plugin. Couldn't explain more, I thought XRay was suppose to be fixed in 1.8 but I GUESS NOT.

    I have also seen this on other survival pvp servers. this would be nice if Mcbrawl could add that.

    Wait... isn't there a non-laggy plug in that says how many ores vs blocks a person has mined? Having a high ratio would indicate something fishy.

    I think so. On the youtube series of "Life of an admin" they have a mod/plugin which allows them to see what block a player broke, and what time, and how many of them the player broke.

    I think we might be already using Orebfuscator, an anti-xray plugin that hides ores too far from the player. Ever notice an ore seemingly appearing spontaneously in front of you?
