    Okay. So I recently found out that if you're caught hacking on another server COMPLETELY unrelated to McBrawl, you're banned from McBrawl as well.

    Wtf?

    That should not be the case. You shouldn't be banned on one server for doing something bad on the other. I don't know if this rule applies to other stuff, such as DDoS threats or advertising, etc., but I think this is a pretty stupid idea. What if the player only hacks on that one server, and not on Brawl? There's no point in jumping to conclusions that "If a player hacks on another server, he's going to hack on Brawl too!". That's not always true. I know at least 50% of the server (not including me) has hacked on another server, and didn't hack here.

    Here's a situation. @EBKNPlayer. He was recently permanently banned from McBrawl for hacking on another server. That should not have happened. He should've only been banned from that one server he hacked on rather than banned here too. If you look, EBKNPlayer has never been banned for hacking on this server. Only one time for Spamming, and I believe that was a temp-ban. And apparently, he's had those hacked clients for a long time now. Just because he hacks once on an entirely unrelated server than McBrawl, does not mean he should be banned here too. You should only ban the hackers that have hacked on McBrawl, not other servers. Don't jump to conclusions that they will hack here as well. You never know.

    @nicolecacola got ChevyLox hacking on another server and he wasn't banned.

    Yeah but you shouldn't be hacking at all.. isn't really worth it if you're going to be banned in the end :stuck_out_tongue:

    The most important detail of this case is that it was in front of an McBrawl moderator whose presence was not hidden by any means.

    That shouldn't matter. What if it was a normal McBrawl player that reported him? Would you still have banned him? It was on another server, not here. That shouldn't be a ban. Raziah should've reported him to the actual server they were on instead of here.

    We are not banning for someone simply hacking on another server. As Myortvye said, EBKN was hacking right in front of one of our staff members on a different server. I think it's a perfectly valid reason to be banned from McBrawl.

    He bought him an unban. EBKNPlayer would've stayed banned if he hadn't done this.

    So? What's the difference between hacking in front of a mod or in front of a normal player on a different server? They're equals on that server because neither of them are staff.

    Thats complete bull****.complete ****ing bull****.What if he was hacking infront of a NORMAL brawl player? ^^
    If a person is hacking on a server,he should be banned from THAT server/network.He should NOT be banned on another server because a staff member from that other server saw it.
