How'd you get your Minecraft Username?

RitzY is just the name that has stuck with me for a long time. I've had it for over 3 years dating back to when I played XBox and I will most likely use it as my IGN forever. When we are allowed to change our names I will probably make it: _RitzY or RitzY_

I used to play RuneScape (still do) and they gave me Striker4226 as a recommendation. At the time, being a kid, I thought the word "Sly" was beyond belief the coolest word out there, so I implemented both words to make a cool username. Striker Sly was my RuneScape user, and I decided for it for Minecraft too. Not sure why I included two underscores though

 

So my husband is a giant nerd, when I met him and his friends.. I hardly fit in. Didn't even know how to turn on a computer. But, in time I wanted to understand the appeal of games. I sat down and played minecraft, and never stopped since. SO I decided I obviously needed my own account.. since I started playing because I wanted to be a nerd and fit it.. WannaBeNerd seemed appropriate.

"Canis" refers to the genus of anything within the canine family, and "Lupin" is an informal word for "wolf" in Latin, and also it is the name of Professor Lupin from Harry Potter, which I meant for it to relate to more. The main reason for it, however, is it derives from a person I met a long time ago with the username of Lupin7008 who was basically my first internet friend, and got me into gaming and whatnot. Also, the scientific name for the grey wolf is Canis Lupus Lupus, so I basically just shoved "Canis" in front of the "Lupin" to make it kind of a play on words. Not very interesting, but ya kno.

 

It takes chutzpah to declare yourself a Super Villain...

Me and my brother made it! When I wuz 10 I brought a minecraft account and we thought what should we name our guy? So we thought and my brother wuz obsessed with a clan called EBKN! So we put EBKN, but I think the name wuz taken or something and I told him to put a Player at the end! And there it wuz EBKNPlayer!

My little brother and I had to make and account together at the time. It was almost all his idea.

 

At the time, (2 years ago, and yes still pretty stupid about my age and name) I wanted to play minecraft. out of ideas, I decided to say (yes, even ignoring the "Smart gamers don't use there real name" hint) I choose my name, and it would of been ashley13 (i was 13 at the time) but that didn't work so i did 1ashley12, and 1+12=13


In 1.8 when name changes come along, Even though my brother locked me out of 1ashley12 my new account _Ash_lyn (Temp only i hope... ) I'm going to rename it AshlynPvP

Well i was a nine year old boi with big dreams and i have just got and xbox and had cos black ops on it. I thought of an xbox live name long and hard (about 30 secs) Then i thoguht and this is what i came up with:

El: The first two letters or my irl name
Kool: I thought i was cool (which i am) and since i was nine i thought it was "Kool" to say "Kool" instead of cool
