Capital punishment

It's a lot less painful than having to deal with life in prison and etc.

Depends on the crime 100%. If genocide was committed, death penalty should be enacted, but if it was a simple felony, of course not.

 

Pros
-Eliminate possibility of parole (So killers aren't on the streets again)
-Gives a murderous thinker the thought that they will be murdered should they murder too, also with other crimes.

Cons
-Some crimes are impulsive and/or insanity driven
-May be unfair

I really didn't want to take the time to write all this because I don't know too much about it, but I'd rather give a perpetrator the jail sentence. I think rotting in a cell is worse than death.

Any crime committed by those on or above the age of majority (18) should receive the death penalty/capital punishment, and if younger, sit in jail until they reach said age. This would likely eradicate most (if not all) crimes committed, and make everywhere a safer place.

Killing a murderer won't bring the murdered person back, you just murder another person.

I feel as though every time you're incarcerated, you should be given an I.Q test, if you score below that of the national average (98), you should be eradicated from society, by one of the following options:
-Crucifixion
-Acid bath
-Mauled by Siberian wolves
-Flayed alive
-Pecked to death by vultures

 

If everyone below the averge would be killed, wouldn’t the average be raised drastically, as there are none left to keep the average score down?
