Custom Rank Screenshot II

Well, as bedrock told me to stop posting in his thread, I decided to make my own
This is a custom ranks thread, like the one started by RyanStar, but with more customization options. They are screenshots of you, on the forums, with custom ranks and awards! The ranks can be different colors
NOTES
You can have multiple banners, and they can be different colors and different ranks
You can have multiple medals, and multiple pictures
If you want a different picture then you have on the forums, I just need a link
These CANNOT be used as your real forums banner
If you want a custom medal, please give me a 16x16 picture of what you want to display
