    Suggested before, going to be added. (Spectate Mode)

    First of, most hack accusations in chat are false. Teleporting to and spectating everyone that is accused of hacking would be a waste of time. Maybe we should allow Moderators to ban for a extended amount of time, but not permanently.

    Once again, this wouldn't work because people constantly accuse others who do nothing but killing them, of hacking.

    There would be a massive amount of reports, we wouldn't be able to check if people missuse it.

    I certainly agree with the teleporting prompt only being available to Mc-War. Although the moderator should still be recording or have some significant proof of the incident. Now, as for section 2 of your idea, you stated that moderators should be able to ban on spot when they see a player hacking. The moderator could be wrong or biased from other players or friends making them in power over the situation. The moderator should get proof, he/ or she should not be able to ban on spot. After all, he could have made a mistake.

    Back on topic:
    1. Teleporting would be iffy, because that could be abused easily. Also, I do see most mods with optifine, so they could easily just zoom in and see them. But, as Roke said, spectate mode would work with this, in 2.0
    2. Moderators have position to temporary ban players for an hour. Also, mods are the rookie position in staffing, so they could easily be biased. Even more, most hackusations are the result of rage, so mods would just spend there time teleporting around. When mods catch a player hacking, they are supposed to record it, temp-ban them for an hour, then show the video to a higher up, or report at report.mcbrawl.com
    3. This is where helpful players come in. They tell the players to report them at report.mcbrawl.com, with sufficient proof.

    I think you are missing the point, the moderators can do a better job if the community helps them
    For instance: A few ago I asked @poskeharen to come on a mc-war server because people were OOM, so I just listed him the names of the people and they were immediately kicked. Simple, just help the mods.

    I have done this in the past, but most of the mods only friend close friends, so unless they are on the same server as me, I have no way to see if there is a mod online/contact them

    Then talk to them on teamspeak and start making friends with them. Also, make yourself know as a kind person and that is know for that :smile:

    Teleport and ban permissions have been invented for Moderators, the command /report exists and abuse of it is handled by the staff team.
