Story Where It Began (Part 1 - Part 2 and continuing)

THE DAY IT BEGAN

Spoiler: Part One

The day was a cool day, a good day to go fishing. It was a normal cool morning on the Fifth of September, yet this will be the last normal morning ... Ever.
I headed out with a couple of my friends on a large fishing boat. "Oi Captain_Mark" my friend xXCapzXx called, I replied bluntly with a "what". xXCapzXx was trying to reel something in, I simply say "You got a big one", he tells me to quickly help him but instead I decide to shrug it and say "I will give ya a few greens if ya catch it yourself big boy", immediately he tries his hardest then shouts out "I think it's dead help me pull it up". I shout out to the deck above "Oi whitemagnum or Lord_Roke can one of ya help out this weak fella". It's been weeks since when I bought a large fishing boat, so I decided to call some of my friends to join me. Not everyone I invited went so there's only nine of us on the boat, including me, Lord_Roke, xXCapzXx, whitemagnum, Pikmin_Hunter, Quinngannon2, Striker__Sly, buddycrack and wait... I quickly shout out "Guys where's YxTimxY". Everyone said a combination of different sentences "Beats me" "I don't know" "Just help me with the fish first". After xXCapzXx finally pulled up the fish, it only ended up being dead plywood which made everyone laugh. I ask Lord_Roke and whitemagnum to go find YxTimxY, after a good fifteen minutes of waiting, they came back without any luck. I then noticed something behind Lord_Roke, then I realised who it was, I shouted out "Hi Timmy", strangely enough he didn't reply back. Then before I knew it the worst day of our lives started. Just when Lord_Roke turned around, YxTimxY grabbed him by the head and bit his neck tearing off a large chuck of skin, tissue and flesh. I quickly grab hold of Tim while the others quickly put Lord_Roke to a bed, then before I knew it I was flung away and I noticed his bloodstains on his back. I shouted out "Tim this is not funny even if it's a planned prank"... I tried to wait for a reply but instead of a reply he rushes me with crazed eyes and knocks me over with an undeniably inhuman strength. After seeing this I thought this is all a bad dream, no this is just a scene from a movie cut... I nervously picked up a nearby fire extinguisher and when Tim rushed again, I decided to think this is a life or death situation this is for everyone else. After he rushed I quickly dodged and smacked him on the back of the head, Tim was now lying down lifeless. I touched his face and realised that he was freezing cold, but that's impossible I thought he was just running around trying to hit me a couple of seconds ago, he can't be this cold already. Then I heard a long scream coming from below deck... The bedrooms. I rushed down to see Lord_Roke biting on Striker__Sly's face, everyone was trying to tell him to calm down but he didn't do anything but slowly drop the now deceased Striker... Then after Striker got up, he got up and looked at us then at Lord_Roke... whitemagnum decided to check if he's ok after getting bitten in the face. I shouted to White "Wait don't STOP WAIT" it was more or less too late, whitemagnum ended up getting knocked on the floor by the two ... Zombies I suppose. I quickly rushed outside and told everyone to get out and lock the door, xXCapzXx was locking the door when it burst opened with the three now walking dead people leaping on top of him. I quickly realised that the boat was on fire, I quickly panicked on how it caught fire then I realised one of the now re-animated corpse must of broke of the fuel line. I realised if there is a fire near the fuel line... Before I could think about the next thing everyone turned bright red and orange... I re-opened my eyes to see that I'm on the shore of some place... Next too me was the first aid kit and food supply, I opened it up to see three band aids, two syringes of morphine and four canned beans. I looked around me, there is no one here I realised. I saw something shine up from the Suns reflection, it was a small pocket knife and I realised it belonged to QuinnGannon2. Washed up on shore a few good metres away was QuinnGannon2, he had a large backpack on but that wasn't my concern, then I notice a large piece of metal sticking out of his leg. I shouted out "Quinn man wake up", he didn't move a bit so I decided to check for his pulse... Sadly there was no pulse, I decided to take his backpack and bury him. I had no time to mourn and find out where I am.

It's been two days since the incident, the incident of the beginning of hell. I have been wondering accordingly to the map which some decayed boat had. I realised I was getting ever so close to a large city, I was concentrating on the map and ended up tripping over something. I realised it was John Calert one of my friends who went fishing with me and survived. The first thing I did was check his pulse, surprising he had a weak pulse I quickly shouted "Johnny mate wake up, stop dreaming about getting laid already" with no reply I ended up slapping him across the face and out of shock he punched me in the mandible. He was trying to say something but nothing came out, but instantly I knew he just wanted some water, I quickly took out one of three of my water bottles which was in Laster's bag along with some antibiotics and painkillers. I opened his mouth which looked extremely dry and slowly poured in water into his mouth. After he slightly pushed the water bottle away, he said "Oi Mark how did you know about my dream". I simply reply it was my intuition, he told me that a group of people were walking across towards somewhere, I looked around John and noticed underneath him was one of the detachable fishing rods. I quickly say "Can you stand up or just move a bit", he got up and fell back down. Saying "my damn legs are still sleeping", I quickly pulled him away and let him lean against a rock. I swiftly detach the rod and attach it to my bag, after a few minutes John could finally walk again. We headed North, to see what we can find luckily I decided to keep my compass in my pocket. We finally ended up seeing a crashed helicopter with no one in sight, just as I thought it was clear I saw a large group of about dozen or so people surround the crashed heli armed with weapons and armor from what I could tell I noticed most of them carried only revolvers and one person with a hunting rifle. After they left the site, me and John quickly went down to check if they left anything behind. I was only able to retrieve a machete but it's better than a pocket knife, just as I was about to leave I notice a small shine coming from beneath the helicopter door. With the help of John, we managed to move the door to our suprise there a slightly opened four or five foot long crate with the words U.S ARMY entitled on top, after completely opening it I was rather shocked to see miliatary grade equipment inside including : One M4A1, a M1911, two Kevlar chestplates with and two military type helmets, the armor was made out of iron with two mags of each weapon inside. John instantly tried to get the M4 first but was confused how to use it, so I gave him the 1911 instead. There's no point giving a military grade weapon to a person who clearly hasn't used a firearm. Eventually night time came, both me and John set up barbed wire around our campsite to keep zombies away, we happened to find a tent inside the interior of the helicopter. Morning came fast, I guess me and John must have been absolutely wasted the past few days. I noticed that there were some dead zombies stuck on the barbed wire so I was glad that we were smart enough to set that up, as I was cutting the wire I hear a gunshot I look behind to see John shooting three zombies even though they could clearly not notice us yet. We packed up everything and left as soon as the sun fully came up, we have been walking for clearly hours now but we were good in food supplies, medical supplies and weaponry. I used my machete most of the time to slash any zombies coming towards us. I muttered "I hope this is just a prank for YouTube man", I guess Jonny must of heard me and said "Oi Mark don't worry mate when I find the prank mastermind I'm going to shove this knife up his [censored]" I ended up laughing at how stupid that sounded. We had to take long breaks undercover to eat or drink. Then from the distance I notice something or somethings move in the distance instantly I pull up my M4 instead of being a group of zombies we found a small group of survivors, then I noticed who one of them was and said "Kyle?" He recognised me and said hey Mark and John, guys meet my friends Mark and John. They just simply waved without looking and Kyle introduced them to us, the short guy was called Referil Masta and this huge guy called Lenny Zoro. I asked "How long have the three of you been here?" Kyle replies "three?" then shouts out "David Guy where are you mate". After a good while of standing around, a child appeared. Kyle said "On there you are don't be shy and say hi these people are nice". He turns bright red and mutters "He..Hel..Hello" and quickly you hides behind Kyle. I say "don't worry we won't hurt you, we will protect alright?" He gives a quick nod and stops hiding. After walking aimlessly we finally see a large wall in the distance, everyone then walked in a faster pace until the wall was about one hundred metres away, all of a sudden there was a gunshot when I turned around I saw Lenny hold his chest then I noticed blood dripping. Behind Lenny was a massive horde of zombies about 200 metres away and rushed to the wall, both me and John carried Lenny just underneath the wall fortunately the wall roof was curved so no one can shoot at us. Then I heard a loud thud then a voice came on "Guys outside the wall, if you step one foot inside this wall will be the last time you will see the life. By the way, you lowlives my name is Frank Beaufort remember that name" ...
