In-game - I have never saw you on ever. Which tells me something about your activity.
Forums - You only have about 70 posts, which is means you are inactive in that part.
TeamSpeak 3 - I am very active in TeamSpeak and I haven't saw you on ever! So that means your also inactive in this area too.

What does saying Pls or Thx have to do with anything? Some of the Admins say that too.

All I did was to express my opinon.

Would you write/accept a job application filled with words like "thx" and "plz"? Probably not.
In my opinion these words can make you look immature. Just avoid them.

Please read the forum rules.

 

That's because it doesn't matter too much when you're high up. When proving yourself it's best to not use slang or conjunctions.

But what if, as a moderator, if you have multiple people who would like to talk to you or require your assistance? Would it be acceptable to use slang then? Which is more important? Proper English or being able to help players more easily? I know that I can type much faster when I use abbreviations.

As a moderator applicant, you are expected to help players if you wish to be accepted, to help create a fun environment. So what if, if you want to help players who may require assistance, possibly urgent, you need to use abbreviations to be able to communicate more quickly? I'm just wondering whether it's justified in certain situations.
