The Ts3 Problem

    Alright, so we all know that ts3, is a very necessary requirement for moderator and such.

    But why? I cannot comprehend why ts3 is so necessary for mod other than asking questions to a trial mod.

    If you are active ingame, and you help people out, why would it be necessary to have ts3? The chat bar is fully functional uknow.

    For gods sake, its called TEAM speak 3. The main goal is to get teams faster communication, that has nothing to do with moderator status.

    Teamspeak is a requirement because it is a way to be in involved in the community, a way to meet and talk to new players you would have not known existed otherwise. Without TeamSpeak I may have never have known everyone that I know today. It is super important to be active on it, and even more important for moderators to be active on it.

    The most important point for becoming a Moderator is maturity. We can hardly know something about your maturity and character only from forums posts and ingame chats, thats why Teamspeak is so important nowadays.

    Also, isn't Teamspeak needed to do group calls with all staff, or in private meetings?

    You could be shown mature because of your Forum/server maturity. Teamspeak got be denied 2 times, and now I can't reapply because of events that took place couple days ago.
