Idea Usable Beacons

    I don't know about you guy but I love beacons. If there was some way to reduce or remove the "beam" I would use them in every base of mine. I don't know of any way this would be possible but maybe there is some plugin or something that could make the beam disappear. Does anyone know if this is possible?

    I don't think there is a plugin like that because a beacon is a default Minecraft item. If you want this so people can't find your base it probably won't be possible. Although if you want to do it just for the cosmetic style there may be a texture pack.

    Yes it is a plugin but I searched for plugins that can stop beacon light and I couldn't find any at all. Besides I think it is a cool cosmetic and I wouldn't want that removed.

    :/ that's too bad. I like the looks of beam too but it's just a signal to be raided. Oh well, thanks for the help:frowning:

    Isn't it possible to block the beam with a block? Sorry of I'm wrong but I'm not the best with beacons

    That would make the beacon not usable.

    Thanks, I kinda do a lot with a few friends that are going through depression...
