    Since people are confused on who people are who, I'll explain how to view name history.

    1)

    Go to this website and type in the name you want to view the history of.

    [​IMG]

    2)

    Grab the UUID and type this in your web browser:

    http://us.mc-api.net/v3/history/<UUID HERE>

    Here would be the output if you put Siri's UUID.

    You can always search it on the forums, and then check a post from a member that has quoted him/her.
