Well, thanks @Choci for the idea :V

This would be a global command called /staff. With this command, you would be able to see the current online staff on each rank. I know this is sort of implemented within the /list command, but for some users that may be hard to understand
With TS, I think we should have support channels. What this does, is alerts staff when people need support instead of being PM'd. This should be a requirement for staff, so they can help people on teamspeak too

An administrator informed me that they often encourage moderators to visit public channels, though, it's not obligatory.

While I don't see a big problem to it, I still think you can deal with issues by messaging a certain staff member.

A moderator told me when you're in game you can ./msg any moderator that's online, even when they don't have you friended.

I don't know if it's true, though. You never know which one is online.

I wrote team meating instead of meeting ._.

    • You can still message a moderator and I believe talking to them directly can help you to solve your problem faster.
    • Mods can no longer sit in private channels they have to leave them now and actually do their work.
    • And if you are ashamed of your voice/you cannot talk to other people you aren't suitable for this position anyway.

    Exactly.

You don't see many moderators in public channels really, they're more in private ones.

Add-on to this, I always see mods in Mods+, not often at all in public channels

I don't really understand the '/staff' part of the section I would like to more in-depth, is it that you type it and it shows all the current staff members. But the part that I really like is a specific channel on TS where players can go to get help from. You have my +1.

Well, I thought the screenshot would explain a lot V: Did you look at it? When you do /staff, it will send you a message like this:
    Administrator: yinscape
    Coder: Mario
    Super Moderator: Lord_Rock
    Mod: YemImRyGuy
    Trial: Cappuccino

What it does is basically show all online staff. Don't judge the names :V

    I saw that.

Could everyone please stop with this "Moderators should be in public channels more" thing? I explained this so often already. There are hardly any normal users in public channels, so why should Moderators sit around in empty public channels? If you need help or if anyone is breaking rules on Teamspeak, send a Moderator a PM and THEN it is his job to help you through chat or through joining a channel with you.
It is correct that we encourage Moderators to go to public channels more, but as stated above, sitting in empty channels is boring.

I just suggested this to chickenputty and he added 2 new channels: Private Support and Support needed. The private support channel is Mod+, so you will get moved in there when a Mod helps you. You can go to the Support needed channel if you... need support :V

Oh god. Please do not hurt me.
Oh god, it is boring :open_mouth: Sometimes jobs can be boring, but you just have to be tough. Also, it is quite easier to help someone through talking instead of chatting.

PM him and ask him to join a channel with you. Don't make it boring if there is no need.

I never said you have to be in a public channel.
That's just your interpretation it's totally fine to be in a private channel and talk to friends.
    I said:
This means you have to move your mouse and check if someone needs help.
If I need some help I shouldn't be the one looking for a moderator. Moderators should look out for players who need help. But if think otherwise that's fine by me.

    I do think otherwise.
If you want help from a staff member, you should atleast PM a staff member. That will take 15 seconds and its the easiest way for both, because the staff member will get a alert sound.

You can just PM him on teamspeak or begin a conversation with him on the forums.
