MC-WAR CLIENT: The Third Generation!

Never more shall you suffer from the lack of decent framerate! The MC-War Client is now a Forge mod!
Yes, that means you can load it alongside Optifine. Yes, that means you can load it along side Rei's Minimap.
The possibilities are endless!

Aside from that, the Forge API allows me to include a configuration within Forge itself, simplifying things for everyone!

The MC-War client is a mod designed to show a new and improved interface on the client-side. It modifies the in-game interface, while also adding little tweaks and features to enhance your gameplay experience. It includes things such as:

» 3D models!
» Toggle your hotbar for a more FPS-ey feel!
» Slightly more realistic recoil effects!
» A aesthetically-pleasing, minimum-clutter rearranged HUD!

And everything in between! So get out there, grab a gun, and shoot 'em up!

The pack is designed to be used with OptiFine, although that's strictly optional. It contains model textures, light maps, and other important things.

Need help installing it? No problem! Click the spoiler below for a simple, step-by-step installation manual!

Spoiler: Help me install the mod!

1] Manually run Minecraft 1.8 at least once.
2] Download the latest Forge release from here, then install it.
3] Navigate to your '%appdata%\.minecraft' directory (hit Ctrl+L in Windows Explorer to open the path bar).
4] Open the "mods" folder.
5] Place the .jar you downloaded into the mods folder.
6] Restart your launcher.
7] Change to the "Forge" profile before launching.
Congratulations! You're done!
