    Before writing a hateful response, be aware, that this a server idea, that has extremely minimalistic chance of even being considered.
    Now, as a big shotgun lover, I have kind of noticed multiple issues among these weapons - simply speaking, the lower level weaponry outperforms the prestige shotguns, other than Typhoid's occassional clutch, they are not worth using, as they simply aren't even able to compete with Model.

    Ever since the launch, Model has stayed unchanged in terms of physical stats, making it a remaining choice for many players. Now, here is what kind of drums it over every other shotgun - firstly, the time to kill. You can kill a person with full health in a generally speaking, insane range. The shots deal a butt load of damage, and the Knockback even makes it like F-A-N from Team Fortress 2.
    While the other shotguns, like AA12, Spas-24 and typhoid, remain utter trash, rendering them useless against a good model player.
    So, I'm not going to attack the model in any way, other than this.

    • Firstly, reduce the recoil on this thing by 25%, making it impossible to glitch outside of maps. The recoil should be either facing downwards with a reduced value (meaning that you can't glitch), or backwards, with the value I suggested.
    • Secondly, reduce the pellet amount by 25%. This cut-off makes it still deal the same damage, except with a smaller chance of hitting the target. The same thing with less recoil and just a requirement to aim.
    • Model could possibly have an ammo cut of 32 instead of 64.
    • Next off, buff Spas-24. It should have DOUBLED damage and total of 64 bullets.
    • And buff typhoid with 64 ammo instead of 32.
    This doesn't make Model crap and keeps the game balanced.

    Yes. the moddel (model? moddle? whatever you call it, idk) is way more powerful than both the spas-24 and the typhoid. this buff will make it a lot more balanced.

    As told! The recoil glitch didn't exist before, it appeared this year.

    And u couldn't glitch out of maps last year even the recoil was plugged in to moddel and all other guns.

    Actually the moddle would let players glitch oom even before the knock back got glitched.

    the current recoil is a bug on every gun, so other than that, I totally agree with you. There is no point with buying the spas-24. The shotguns don't seem to be very good on this game, so I strongly agree. It would be cool to actually consider to use a shotgun some rounds, and actually do good with it.

    coming to the typhoid, 64 bullets instead of 32 sounds great! especially when it's a three-round-burst gun.

    Model pelletc amount shouldn't be changed at all. Long range kills are unpredictable and overall unlikely. Have you played CS:GO? Also know that IRL shotguns have an average effective range of 20 yards (~18 meters) so keep in mind that MC-War was just dissing shotguns in the first place.

    Also know that each pellet deals individual damage, so if you reduce the pellet amount you are also decreasing the overall base damage.

    I am aware of these changes, and how would it affect the shotgun.
    So, I have a question for you - what kind of changes would you suggest (in my place), to fix the shotgun issue?

    There's too many shotguns, we only need 3 types: your standard balanced shotgun, the slow firing but powerful shotgun, and a full automatic shotgun. The M1014, SPAS 12, and the SPAS 24 are basically your standard, but all three are too crappy. So we need a single, balanced, viable shotgun to replace all three. The Model fills the 2nd category so it's fine. The AA12 fits the 3rd category, but it needs a HUGE buff becuz it sucks epic butt. As for the Typhoid, I'm not sure, but it either stay or be removed, I don't care. But it needs an ammo buff.

    Just because he is a high lvl player doesn't mean I have to check his channel for proof

    And btw, I've played longer then him and im sure ik what was going on in the past.

    The model definitely needs it's ammo to be reduced, it is too much of a good gun.

    Spas-24 is not that bad but I agree, it needs a serious damage buff

    Oh yes I do want the typhoid to have more ammo, it is such a good gun if you can get five blocks close :v

    When alive players on Infected have shotguns, it is the equivalent of them having air strikes to the infected. All they have to do is spam the gun, and bullets rain upon the infected making it highly impossible for them to reach the platform the alive players are on. A good nerf would definitely be nice, and I wish that regular guns (AK, M16, etc..) would have more bullets (although I understand that donators do get more ammo.

    The reason is, Is because the Modle has been more powerful in other games on mine craft. like ColdPvp and other servers like that. But my point is, Yes, the other guns should be modified because it is easier to get the Modle then the other shotguns. But if that happens. In my opinion, Britten Or whoevers coding, Shold change the level of when you get the Modle and more.

    You can't change the unlock level without screwing down the system.

    Donators only get more ammo if they have an active scavenger perk or if they have a rank.

    I've always thought that this gun needs a nerf and others need a buff. Spas is basically the same thing but less damage I guess and Typhoid just shoots a ton of bullets. I personally think in the end that these ideas are good other than the pellet shrinkage, just a small damage nerf would be good enough.

    instead of nerving model, i would instead buff every shotgun. They are currently vastly inferior to every other class.
    EDIT: Even SMGs

    I second this motion.
    Shotguns haven't had a place in war's meta. Litterally ever.
    That's unacceptable in a game this old, to have an entire class of weapon to be so utterly inferior
