Brawl Moderator Application:
Before I start off, I’d like to apologize to the community for previous actions I made. Many of you may know I applied over a month ago and I was denied, and many people supported me. I was denied because I was banned off the Teamspeak for using a voice changer, and for being immature during my period of absence. I highly regret the decisions I made, since then I have contributed my fullest to the Brawl community. I have been aiming to improve on my forum, teamspeak, and in-game activity. I would like to be recognized as true member of the Brawl community, and not of my past. I understand that I should abide rules in order to enforce them, and that no other incidences shall occur during the rest of my time on Brawl.

Does anyone else have access to your Minecraft account?
No other users have access to my Minecraft accounts, and I will never share my account information under any circumstances.

How old are you?
I am fifteen years of age, and I was born on the 26th of December, 1999.

What time zone are you in?
I am in (PST) Pacific Standard Time.

Are you multilingual?
English is my first language and my strongest, but I do know basic Spanish and Russian. I take English and Spanish at my high school, and I know Russian from speaking with my family. I really don’t think my Spanish or Russian is at a point where I can help people yet.

What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft?
I purchased and started playing Minecraft in 2011, and have been playing ever since. I have played pretty much every style of Minecraft server, and I’m an ace at mechanics in minecraft. I enjoy custom servers such as McBrawl as the game modes are the most unique, and are extremely fun and have the most memorable experiences. My knowledge of Minecraft is quite vast. I know all biomes, mobs, how and where ores spawn, dimensions, and many other important mechanics. I also know a lot about troubleshooting, changing account information, and different key-binds for minecraft features depending on your operating system. For example, to take a screenshot with a mac, you can press fn+f2 opposed to Windows f2.

What is your experience with moderating servers, if any?
I have moderated 4 servers in the past, and I’d like to moderate Brawl now. The first server I moderated was called OdditySMP, and it was a survival multiplayer server that averaged 10-50 players. The second server I moderated was called Medieval Heroes, and it was a PvP/MMO server that averaged 10-100 players. The third server I moderated was called Eurasia Roleplay, and it was roleplay server that averaged 20-100 players. All these servers are offline and no longer managed. The fourth server I moderated was this server, Brawl, which I was a Mc-War and Mc-Party moderator. If you need proof for the three servers that are offline, I can get some proof that I was in fact a moderator.

What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status?
If granted moderator status, I will work to provide the community many things. When in-game I will report and catch all rule breakers, answer all the questions I can, and keep peace among the people around me. On Teamspeak I will answer the player’s questions, ensure players are following the Teamspeak rules, and will focus on making players feel welcome on the ts3. On the forums, I will make careful decisions on locking threads, I will keep the forums as organized as I can, and I will answer all questions I come across.

Have you ever used a hacked client before?
I have never used a hacked client before and I never intend on using one. However, I do know how most clients function and I can easily identify what hacks someone is using.

Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server? If so, why?
I was banned off a server for ban evading with alternate accounts after I was originally banned with a minor chat offense. It was not my brightest of times however, everyone makes mistakes.

What do you consider your greatest strength?
My greatest strength is being able to deal with a variety of situations, and dealing with them properly. For example, if a player was posting malicious links in Teamspeak, I would tell the players not to click the link, screenshot the player posting the link, and would message a higher staff member showing the screenshot.

What do you consider your greatest weakness?
My greatest weakness is my availability when needed. I do a lot of things in real life, and there is an urgent matter on the server I may be unavailable.

How active do you consider yourself on Brawl?
I am very active on Brawl whether it is in-game, on teamspeak, or even the forums. In-game I catch rule breakers, help players, and keep the peace in my games to the best of my ability. On TS3 I make friends, help users, and catch rule breakers. On the forums I make useful content or feedback, I report rule breakers, and I read all the updates the admins post.

Which Brawl servers are you most active on?
I am most active on War, WarZ, Skywars, and PvP Survival.

How many hours can you provide a day and during what time frame?
I can provide two to six hours on the weekdays, and two to eighteen on the weekends. This is assumed that my week is cleared of activities and I have all my school work done.

What would you do if someone breaks a rule in-game?
I would inform the player that they are breaking a rule, tell them which rule they have broken, and warn them of future consequences. I will also act upon the severity of the rule broken.

What would you do if someone breaks a rule on the forums?
I would report the rule breaker using the ‘report’ function, or I would PM the player asking them to abide the rules. If the situation is serious enough, I’ll inform an SMOD+.

What would you do if someone breaks a rule on TS3?
I would warn the player that they are breaking a rule, and I would inform them of the rule they broke. If they proceed to break the rules, I will mute, jail, or ban them depending on the severity of the rule broken. If the player advertised or posted malicious links, I would screenshot the infraction and report it to an SMOD+.

Situation (as a staff member): You log on Brawl, and you’re told that there is a huge, game-breaking economy glitch. No Admins are online to solve the situation. What steps would you take to handle the issue?
I’d post in the staff skype chat and start a conversation with all the admins on the forums concerning the glitch. I’d then warn, report, and tempban players that are abusing the glitch. During also this, I’d try to keep the bug as unknown as possible.

How many Brawl staff applications have you made in the past?
I have made three applications. Two of the applications were accepted, and one was recently denied.

What is the date of the last application you submitted?
I last submitted an application for Skywars on February 1.

Do you have a working microphone?
Yes, I have a working microphone.

Are you able to record and upload videos?
Yes, I have a Youtube channel and I use Bandicam to record. Bandicam also enables me to instantly record hackers as f12 is my recording hotkey. A lot of my hacker reports are kept private to keep my channel organized.

Yes, I generally know how all the staff member commands work.

Anything else we should know about you?
For the new members who don’t know me, I am an old member of Brawl. I joined around January of 2013 after the server I previously played went offline. Brawl was just starting to become popular and only had the War gamemode. I eventually earned the Moderator rank on War, Factions, and Party. Soon after I became Party moderator, I was forced to leave due to real life issues. I returned three months ago and plan on follow my previous path on Brawl. In real life I am a teenager who is a gymnast, swimmer, student, and an average gamer. If you have an curiosities or questions, feel free to PM me.
