He's most likely using a hack or mod so report him in the report sextion please.

There is absolutely no way a player can get up their other than one of three ways;
1.) Spawning gets messed up and player randomly spawned up there. (Very very unlikely but can happen.)
2.) Use a hack client to get up there. (Very unlikely.)
3.) Player jumps onto a sponge right before the match starts and gets flung up there. (Likely, more likely by accident than on purpose.)

 

I'm saying he used smart moving mod because of those fences that he climbed up.

 

As that there is no proof as the player used smart moves (From the pictures) I would use my three points on deciding how he did it instead of guesses that may or may not be accurate.

 

First happened to me once :S

 

Yes it happens a lot on that map actually, I can recount four times past player told me that the my first point happened to them.
