    Lets say if *for example* ghille_bille changed his name *again, for example* Purlple_Pandas < idek...

    That would make Ghille_bille open for access *that being the name not the actual account*.

    And lets say I *for example* change my name to Ghille_bille, is THAT bannable?

    (Changing your name to a banned players!?)

    No, you will not be banned. Bans are saved via UUID, so you can change your name to that player and not be banned.
