    Hello Fancy Cats! My name is profbonkars, but by now you should be calling me bonkars.

    I am looking for a small group of people who wish to help me for a project for McWar.
    What is this "so called" project? Well, it is a secret. I only share secrets with devs and friends.

    In a basic summary: the project will be to develop new "items" for McWar. Note: this is a community project, not an official Brawl project. The items being made will be presented to Brawl as ideas for new guns, equipment, and assorted.

    Sounds cool, bonkars. Who/What are you looking for?
    Very good question! Thank you for asking. Below is a list of specific skills I am looking for.
    - Texture Creator: I am looking for a talented texture creator who can easily make a texture for an item in Minecraft. Your style must reflect the current style of the textures currently active on McWar.
    - Redstone/Command Blocker: To present our ideas, we will be doing demos of the items we create. Instead of making plugins for the items to work, we will instead be using redstone and command blocks to generate the effects of the items. To be considered qualified for this position, you must be efficient in creating contraptions using redstone and command blocks on your own (not watching YouTube tutorials or copying someone else).

    I think I can do one of those jobs very well. How do I apply / contact you?

    What are the benefits for helping you on this project?
    Unfortunately, for this type of job, I can not offer monetary benefits. These projects will be used to help the community/games grow and be expanded. The only clear benefit is giving the community content to enjoy, and giving Brawl staff ideas for updates and add ons. Do not worry, this is a series of individual projects, not one massive one. This is not very time consuming, so do not be alarmed.

    What will you provide us?
    This is a team job, therefore, we will be using a private server to complete tasks. This will make it easier for communication and accessibility.

    I don't think developing code for Mc-War would help in any way, because it would need to be compatible with the Mc-War plugins. Of course we can not give out the source code, so can't really code something for Mc-War.

    However, it is a great idea to suggest additions and demonstrate them with redstone.

    Yes, I specifically mentioned that none of what I plan on doing will be code. Everything designed will be with redstone and command blocks for demonstration purposes. Code would be far to complex and time consuming, plus, I know how to do nothing related to that, haha. Meoow ~

    The title "Project Dev" and "the project will be to develop new "items" for McWar" made me believe you wanted to code something.
    However, still a nice idea!

    I would like to help you with this project. :smile:
    I can either create the texture or do redstone work.
    Besides that, I've a private server which we could use.
    The server even contains a gun plugin (not from Mc-War),
    so we can use that to demonstrate instead of doing a lot of redstone work.

    I really want to help you in this project.

    I can make texture pack easily.
    I'm a pro in command blocks and redstones. (It was my job in a Kit PVP server).

    Also, with a friend, we made a server together. Also I will ask him if you want to test your equipments on a server. :smile:

    Well, I am very good with command blocks and redstone, but I am also learning a bit of bukkit, so I am ready to go in multiple ways.

    If you need a project manager aka task master let me know.

    1) I would recommend scoping out the work and project in more detail.
    2) Defining timelines to have tasks completed
    3) Weekly check in meetings (to check on progress).

    I have been working with textures a whole bunch back in the day, but I think my strongest side is CommandBlocks/Redstone as im really good at that.

    We are not creating plugins for McWar. We are creating and designing items that can be implemented into the actual sever. We only need to have them work for demonstrations, which can easily be accomplished with redstone and commad blocks.
