    Remember when @orange451 developed 2.0?
    He had mystery boxes in mind, and I feel like they had some kind of a purpose in the finished update.

    Perhaps we could bring them back, by contacting him and maybe getting an idea out. I know there are people on this very website that have his Skype as well.

    I feel like they would give you some kind of a consumable for a round, or an item for utility. It could have a different purpose as well, but they were supposed to be in 2.0, after all.

    Well they're already doing a lot of stuff apparently, I suggest this could be done when the new Mc-War update is completed.
    Allowing them to concentrate on the more important stuff and then do the side projects.

    Well it didn't look like it was going to happen. The big thing was about new Gamemodes, kill streaks and stuff.
    I guess this idea just swept away from people's mind.

    I agree. I think this would be something for zombies (like in cod) rather than war.
    My idea would be the mystery box would give you a certain weapon or equipment that ii can use for that DAY only. Just for it to make sense
