Idea Feather Falling IV

What do you mean by that? And do you have proof?

 

Is this a suggestion, or are you asking if it's in the game?

If it's a suggestion, I wouldn't like it. Don't really have an argument for it, I just wouldn't enjoy it.

If you're asking if it's in the game, then no, I don't believe it is.

 

True, the only reason you would need feather falling IV is for if they fix the /hub pvploggers. For when you get hit or jump off of a high building

 

We already have te parachute, but because parachute and Feather Falling IV boots work different it could still be a interesting addition.

I feel like people shouldn't rely on armor to save them from falling. They need to be able to either disconnect and reconnect quickly, or carry a parachute on them.

 

But how would you get feather falling? Would all the boots have feather falling on them?

 

This would just make it be like a rare thing to keep. Like crossbows (they aren't in use that much...). It would just encourage people to suggest Protection armor and such. It would literally turn into the practice servers of hoarding really good stuff. I see where you're going but I'm sorry to give a -1.

 

Re-logging to avoid dying from fall damage is a glitch and shouldn't be excessively used by players.

 

Shouldn't that be fixed then? Like after you log out, you can't log in for another 5 seconds or something?

 

I just feel parachutes are more technical than feather falling... and in DayZ you don't really have collectibles. I just don't want WarZ to be one of those servers that you need to collect things, in real DayZ you get stuff and you go.

This is a zombie survival game and player survival game that is kinda based on real life if this sort of thing ever happened. Having a parachute is possible in real life, but having boots that take fall damage away just does not fit into what this is based on. -1
