Yeah.. what about the community

*sigh*

I just had to include this. maintenance on war = 0.
we've got glitchers, ragers, spammers, lag, NO UPDATES.
Fairly little is done about it. Sure i see some mods here and there, but they either are doing something different than looking chat or are just not bothering it.

 

You couldn't be more wrong, but I can't blame you; the entire Minecraft community doesn't even know what's in store for them. To say these next few moves by Brawl will be revolutionary is an offensive understatement. We are truly achieving the un-achievable and our most recent developments have proven to be extremely innovative.

By Summer 2015, Brawl will be a brand new network. Instead of ranting about how the current state of War is unacceptable (something even I agree with), hype up a Brawl that will blow everyone's minds.

 

Sounds epic, but how can we wait longer? This "summer 2015" is nice, but the Brawl staff says a lot....

I only can describe the development in the last 3 years, but I had to say that Mc-War was better in the old days.
For example the colours of the names: You cannot see whether someone is in your team or not.

I love how everyone is talking about the glitches and how Myort caused them blah blah blah blah. When really, most of these problems and such were caused by the 1.8 update.

 

The reason why we see myort as 'the cause' is because he hasn't done anything about the bugs that were caused by the 1.8 update. Some glitches/bugs are already fixed, but most of the things are still not done. The clan glitch for instance IS STILL NOT FIXED.

there are no new maps as well. It would be fine if the last update with new maps was like 4 weeks ago and it had many maps. But the last time new maps were added was atleast over 3 months (Needs confirmation).

Saying that myort is the cause of all of it is not true though. Yes, 1.8 has caused some glitches which were fixed relativly quick. But only some were fixed by myort, not all.

 

I can definitely relate to this post, I myself have really halted my activity on MC-War because of all the bugs, complaints, the unpleasant state of the community, and the biggest cause... Lag. I'm faithful in the word of Myortvye and the Brawl Staff with their promise to have an entirely knew, Brawl server. And like @Koishi_komeji had said above, many players have been complaining because of the completely lack of attention toward War- No updates, bug fixes, lag is still present, and the current state of War is worse than that from 1.7.10.
But I would rather wait and stay with these problems for War 2.0, then to get the current War fixed to a stable state, which could severely affect the completion of the brand new Brawl. Some players haven't realized that it isn't just War we're speaking of, it's Brawl. And as bad as things are, I'm willing to suck it up and look out for the arrival of a new Brawl.

 

I am a customer give me what I want...no lag, fix the clan glitch (and others), and quit saying #soon until you have a release date.

 

I'll need to get a new computer quick. :V

The community, I fear, is starting to get as bad, or worse than WarZ.
I think we need the new Helper rank. Often others, and I, have been scolded for moderating War without the actual rank. Hopefully the Helper rank will be given to numerous trustworthy people, just to ensure the community survives.
