I do believe we need some changes to our plug.dj channel. Currently, many Administrators, of whom take up the head places of our plug.dj music room, are extremely busy due to the fact of all the new releases that are supposedwill happen. This means, the music room is very understaff of people with major power. Also, many moderators do not spend much time in the channel. You may think "Well, no one is ever online, so what would ever be the use of moderating it?" Well, I have your answer. It may never have anyone online, but the room is still open for trolls and rule breakers. I do believe that this room should be staffed, or at least temporarily, by normal players. This means, normal players can host events, gain the room popularity, and most importantly, moderate it. This could restrict the amount of trolls and rule breakers. We could assign multiple Managers, many bouncers, and lots of Resident DJ's. This could keep the plug.dj users happy, and give less of a work for the administrators, so they could focus on their real jobs and updates.

Now, choosing managers and bouncers would be a big job just on its own. Resident DJ's, I believe, would be picked based on the activity of the user, and the appropriateness of the things they say and do. They have to be active, always playing music, and following the rules. You cannot apply for this rank, but you would be chosen by Managers or higher.

Next up, we would have to pick Bouncers. Currently, Bouncers are all staff members. Bouncers will have to be knowledgable about the rules, and follow them strictly. They will take a google docs application, learning if they know all the protocols, to be judged by the Co-Hosts.

The Managers will be basically Super Mods. They will have permissions to recommend players to become staff members, and will have to be very mature. They would have to be mature, and know the rules, and would have to obtain Bouncer first. These applications would have many of the same questions as bouncer on the application, but have other questions to prove their maturity, and be able to fulfill the needs of anyone, including co-hosts

Now, the lead rank, Co-Hosts. Co-Hosts would first off have to be Managers, and they would be chosen if their application was accepted, and all the other co-hosts agree on it. They would have to have the protocols practically memorized, be able to judge applications for other staffing ranks without bias. They would also manage most of the behind-the-scenes things, maybe even bringing in the Managers. These people would also have the ability to host events, and anything else. The Co-Hosts would have to be in contact with staff members, via forums PM or Skype chat, if they have to be assisted in anything

I do believe these changes would reform plug.dj. It would gain us popularity, make our users happy, and learn other peoples music, to maybe introduce them to more.

    Hope you consider these ideas

The plug.dj room is not understaffed because everyone is too busy, they are understaffed because many of us believe the Brawl plug.dj room is dead, which is kind of right.
More plug.dj staff members have been suggested before here and here.

As Lord said above, even I don't go much on plug.dj, so I understand why nobody is going on anyway.

That would be the purpose of players staffing. They would gain popularity by hosting events and much more
