    Question: I recently changed my name. And I can see that my VIP lifetime ran out... Why ? I prefer ask a question before post a thread in the purchase issue.

    Your rank ran out on the 21st April. If it was lifetime VIP it should normally display there, we didn't have any problems with name changes and ranks before.
