Idea Kits for everyone. (not just donors)

Since the new map contains high zones next to spawn, starting with basic weaponry seems only fair considering new spawns commonly face full irons. I personally would like to have an unlock system similar to FpsHG, which would provide an incentive for new players to keep playing. Donor kits could be available based on rank, like in FpsHG, which would generally be more powerful than any of the non-donor kits. I've come up with some suggestions below:

Civilian:
tier 1 pistol, 16 ammo

Hunter:
tier 1 sniper, 8 ammo (this may be overpowered in the old map where most spawn towns are zone 2 - flame bow would be a good replacement if it wasn't broken)

Shotgunner:
tier 1 shotgun, 12 ammo

Mobster:
mp5, 32 ammo

Butcher:
stone sword

VIP: kits contain weapons a tier higher
MVP: Kits contain weapons a tier higher + extra ammo and armor

These kits can be balanced by the armor in each, which would be made up of the leather set.
