Glitch CTF Flag Capture Glitch

    When you capture the flag, it starts to spam the chat with "<USER> has captured the RED flag."

    I have no clue what could be causing this glitch. It's not major in anyway so it shouldn't be the coders' main priority.

    It pretty much started spamming that all game.
