    I'm looking for a resource pack that colors bullets. Any suggestions?

    Blue or purple so I can use it as a tracer and see where my shots end up.

    Then you're going to have to look for some 'paintball' texture packs. I don't know any direct links but you're going to have to find one with guns as well.
