    So because I've seen some real immature clan names recently, I think we should start a clan ban protocol. The owner and all online members at the time should be temp banned for 3-7 days depending on the severity of the name. Like how offensive it is. Thoughts?

    I don't think a player should be temp-banned for a clan name. Or not right away. First the mod should warn the player if they don't change the name of their clan they will be kicked or something like that.

    Speedo and I went on and saw a clan called KKK and to me that can be considered offensive. I think there should be a warning and after a week or 4 days action could be taken.

    How could the name KKK be offensive?
    To be honest, as GalactaWar said, this clan names are "Reserved". Simply report the clan.

    Im unsure on this one. It has its Pro's and Con's, maybe just trial it. KKK can be taken as very racist.

    Well, these clan names should be "Reserved", setting the clan to a non-player, just as a placeholder for the clan name, so it won't be actually owned. For example, set the clan owner to the clan "Anus" to A

    I think there should be another clan reset once the clan glitch is fixed. Right after the clan reset should the Coders put offensive/immature names to 'Reserved'.

    And if they don't have enough credits to change the name?

    If you don't have enough credits to change the clan name, a ban won't do anything about that, and neither would leaving it alone, because something has to be done about it. I think it'd be easier for them to be muted for a certain amount of time, or until they change the name.

    I never said anything about a ban. And I never though about muting since it wasn't directly typing in chat. A mute would be very suitable for this instead of a temp-ban.

    Doesn't the clan glitch mess everything up if you join a game after making/joining a clan?

    If so, I don't see a point in this yet.

    Also, KKK means Ku Klux Klan, a psycho racist cult group that targeted African-Americans and burned Crosses. Seriously, you're messed up if you name your clan that or something like that.

    I'm glad this topic came up and I think talking about it is great.

    Inappropriate clan names need to be changed and owners placed in a temporary ban status. End of story.

    I would not be tolerant of any clan name that is offensive to any of my friends at any level.
