1800's Gun Plugin

There is going to be a Wild West server where you will be able to do not only just that.

 

Mc-war is based of call of duty thats it.

Well these periods are COMPLETELY different. In the Wild West the six-shooter existed and semi-auto rifles were created. While in the XVIII/ early XIX century they were still using muskets and cannons :v

 

Muskets would be x3 times slower reload than iso. Just don't add them xD

I'm looking forward to Wild West though, it sounds awesome.

 

The Moddel1887 is the only 1800s gun ya need. Use it and you can't be stopped. XD

In all seriousness, this would be great, but like earlier replies suggest, I think we may have to wait for what future updates Brawl has in store for us.

Imagine if all guns in War were replaced with 1800's guns. No more isolator, skullcrusher, or cbow.

You know you could have just said a shot per 30 seconds

But honestly also think about the recoil

 

Think about how debilitating a shot with a musket would be though! You would have to amputate and live with a stub leg for the rest of your life! Imagine how cool/%*%&ing terrible that would be to Mc-War XD

It would be just like the Civil War, except with lines of people firing towards the enemy while slowly walking towards them. Imagine how cool and awesome that would be! Think about how horrible your KD would be! amirite?

 

Americans used Muzzleloaders in the Civil War if I remember. To reload your weapon, you must:
1) Clean out the barrel
2) Pour in the gunpowder
3) Insert the bullet inside (Minnie ball)
4) Activate the rifle for firing

Total timespan: I don't know but a few minutes or so.

1800s McWar? Let me just bring my bayonet.

 

I do not think this is the best idea, if you research your Civil War history you will realize that many of the guns were completely inaccurate, and it took many shots to kill a single enemy. If you were looking for the game mode to be accurate you have to implement these features, but if you did not want to have the game though to be accurate such as this, you would probably make it so that it was very similar to war as it is now. And, if you were to make the game mode completely accurate it probably would not be as fun for the players because of the amount of time it would take to kill a single enemy and less they were using a bayonet.

 

A good soldier (actually most soldiers) during the time period could reload a muzzle loader in less that 1 minute

 

Maybe people would actually have to work as a team in War!!! Can you imagine?!?

Clan leader: "All right squad one, fire on three!"
Clan leader: "One!"
Clan leader: "Two!"
Clan leader: "Three!"

*volley of musket shots*
Clan leader: "Squad one, take cover and reload."
Clan leader: "Squad two, on three."
etc

I think that this would be awesome for clan-wars or something that you actually needed to work as a team to win in.

 

There is no good player on the server though.
