    Question: Please look at the following images and tell me what you think, I have more messages, trophy points, and positive points received, and I have been here less than him, I wonder why he has CM and I don't. (Images last updated 5/8/15)

    The Creative Manager position is given based on skill (and trust), not activity. Mr O has been with us for quite a while, and is very skilled.
