    The video you used as proof was 3 seconds long and was also quite laggy.

    Screeper020 is one of those (German) hacking group people. That never get banned, but use hacks.

    In future, try not to use such laggy videos, and maybe get more evidence than just a few seconds. This will be easier for the staff to see if the player is hacking.

    My memory disk was almost full so it was laggy.
