    Hello guys as you saw on Chaploo's Future of Brawl thread, it leaked some new servers Brawl would have. One of which being Sword Art Online. There were comments being about how hyped people are about SAO. Some of you are like "Wtf is the big deal about SAO?" Well I'm gonna tell you.


    Sword Art Online is an anime show that is about 6,000 people who are trapped in a video game and must beat the 100 levels in the game to leave. The story follows one character named Kirito (In real life name being Kiriyaga). It is about him and his quest to find secrets and beat the game to free all 10,000 trapped. The rules are:

    •Once you are dead in the game you are dead in real life

    •If a friend or family member tries to remove the NerveGear connecting you to the game, the gear will fry your brain.

    •When the gear dies, you die


    By the time Kirito saves everyone there have been about 4,000 deaths. There are two seasons. You can find them on Netflix and Hulu Plus. I hope this is helpful.

    So basically there are 100 levels in the game, and those 100 levels are being made into a minigame on Brawl. Ya feel me?

    Ohh I see.. would it be a series of minigames you think? (like minecraft party) or a rpg?

    It is an RPG, so you have to face 100 boses like in the anime.

    How do they plan on implementing the dying IRL and no logging out mechanics?

    Also, to sum it up even more SAO is basically an RPG with 100 levels to it.

    They put guns in the season 2 if I remember. Guns > Swords.

    Last time I checked Kirito got through the entire GGO arc mainly with a sword???

    Naw, It just has a external battery and if it runs out then it fries.

    It never runs out.
    It's just 100 levels from season 1.
    the top part of your sentence makes it sound like you're serious.

    This is a less biased and more critical view for those who have yet to watch the series or have some kind of interest.
    Even though I saw both seasons, I have to admit that they are flawed in certain ways.

    There are 10.000 people trapped in the game, and nearly 4.000 dies... that's a point you should update. And the gear doesn't have infinite battery, but it is likely to kill you if it runs out of battery/is disconnected from charging a long time.

    It pointed out the things flaws. While I have to admit that the review is too negative, there are also certain aspects that have to be taken into account.
