    Just curious what everyone prefers. Specifically for group chats - obviously Slack doesn't have calling (yet).

    Skype is really only good for talking to close friends and people you trust, while Slack you can chat without anyone without the worry have someone taosting your router.

    I prefer Skype though

    Slack is a group chat use in your internet browser or on your desktop that eliminates the lag from larger groups / area differences that comes with skype. Slack was used for mcpvps old HRC (Hacker Report Chat)/Global chat/Help chats.

    I prefer neither...the last thing I need is a 7 year old spazing out yelling while I am in a battle.
