Idea Controls, DL, Banners, and Parkour

    The ability to control the following in your world:
    • Biome
    • Time
    • Weather
    • Gamemode
    • PVP
    • Gamerules:
      • doDaylightCycle
      • keepInventory (if players will respawn in worlds from death)
    Being able to download your world via a command that links you a download URL.

    GUI based system to build banners or import them from http://www.needcoolshoes.com/banner

    Player created parkour (simple explanation):
    Allow players to setup starting and end pressure plates for parkour.
    Users that start the parkour will be disqualified if they fly.
    When you finish the parkour successfully, your time is recorded for that specific parkour.
    Leaderboards can be viewed for any specific parkours.
    ​
    Player head decorations that can be spawned in via a GUI

    Texture packs for your worlds
    We store the link and it gets applied (if you have textures on) when you enter the world​

    We could add a GUI to color armor, but is that really needed for building?

    All good ideas (although we do already have a /head command). I am a little worried about deviating from the "build" part of MinecraftBuild since minigames etc were things we actively discouraged at MCPVP, but I'm excited for all the changes. Things are looking great!

    Not really, but sometimes I like to "decorate" (not really decorating but don't know the better word for it) interior using item frame with specific coloured armours on it or stuff like that.
    It's also better than the normal dye coloured armours since you can choose if you want the colour to be pastel or vibrant.
    Many people like to wear armours just for fun and I sometimes do too so I just thought maybe we can add it. c:

    The gamemode setting would be nice just for the fact that it would be easier to present your map for the specific gamemode.

    I see nothing wrong with it, if you want to build then build, if you want to play user created parkour/games then play that. Attempting to stop it will only make mini-games less fun.

    One of our current cosmetics that come with MVP/VIP allow you to color your armor to any color. I think it may take away from this, but if it's well requested we can add it in.

    The only problem with being able to fly while doing parkour you can accidentally double tap space. (happened alot on build). What you could do is have a redstone block that exits you out of parkour mode when you right-click it

    The world creator could set it to survival or we could revoke the ability to fly as long as you are still participating in the parkour.

    says the guy with the amusement park however I feel that @Rhoske misspoke. Mini games should have been fine. It's advertising them and skin comps that were the problem with spamming global with worthless messages like "3/5 players for my super duper unoriginal skin comp pyramid of rainbow fantasticalness that I couldn't even make it with pistons to close the door on the cage that references trapping players"
    Either way I made mini games for the Sabotage lobby and I am pretty sure that there was no problem there ;P

    I would love all of these options and I think //setbiome does work at the moment but making it more readily accessible would be awesome.
