Multiplayer Servers Mod Application:

Are you active and helpful on our servers, forums, and Teamspeak? - Yes, despite currently being very busy, I still try my upmost to be active on the 3.
Which server are you applying for? - MinecraftParty.com

How old are you? - 15 (February 17th 1998)
What time zone are you in? - GMT (London, England)
What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? - Im gunna kill two birds with one stone on this question and combine it with the next question, therefore, it won't be too similar to my old WarZ application.
What is your experience with moderating servers? - I don't want to try and make this application a direct copy of my previously accepted WarZ application. So, I will just give you a brief overview. I have been playing minecraft for a total, of what, must be around 3 years now ( Shortly after the initial PC release in 2009). After my first 6 months of being a 100% noob and playing only single player survival mode by myself, I finally embraced my surroundings and begin to play on Multiplayer. I then spent a year just moving around from server to server, with no great intent. After gaining a solid understand of Bukkit commands most servers will use, I began to start applying and gaining staff positions on servers. As mentioned in my last application, I have played a variety of servers in my past, spanning from the likes of DayZ, Hunger Games, Minigames, Paintball, Factions PVP etc. Sorry about the lack of detail here, I just don't want to make it identical to my previous application.
What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? - Well, I believe I have been and will continue to be a helpful, understanding and fun moderator on WarZ, and I would love to expand this to MinecraftParty as well. Despite how busy chat can be, due to the vast popularity of the new server, I still manage to attempt to perform the role of a moderator, even without the official status. Which is much easier to say than do. So, I think if I am granted Moderator status on MinecraftParty, you will be adding an active, very helpful and consistent player. I believe to be very swift at solving/putting an end to any disputes or problems that may have occurred on the server. As well as in game, due to Party being in BETA version, and some players not having the mental capacity to understand that fact, there are many unnecessary posts & questions that need answering on the Party forum, therefore, if I am promoted to moderator on Party, you are also gaining a solid forum moderator as well as just a server moderator.

How active do you consider yourself in-game? - Well, as I have formally mentioned, I am very busy at the moment. Despite that, I am still rather active in game, and due to me already being WarZ mod, I believe I do my best to share what time I do have, between the two. Obviously, after my November exams, I will be even more active than you can ever imagine. *Evil Laugh*
How active do you consider yourself on TS3? - I consider myself as active as possible on teamspeak, whenever I get on the servers, I will open minecraft and teamspeak almost like a pair to ensure any players can ask me any questions, or just have a chat whenever they want.
How active do you consider yourself on the forums? - Well, I do try to be as active as possible on the forums, however, I don't have 10000 posts because honestly, i'm not one to spam. If something has been finalised, I can realise a comment is not necessary there. Unlike some.
What do you consider your greatest strength? - Strengths:

• Always willing to answer questions
• Friendly
• Solve problems swiftly

What do you consider your greatest weakness? -

• Perhaps slightly inactive - Will be turned around immediately after exams
• Not everyone likes me - At the end of the day, there is always gunna be one guy who dislikes you

How would you handle someone making a minor transgression for the first time? - Simply, make them aware that what they did is wrong.
How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time? - It would depend on the circumstance, if it was soon after the 1st transgression, then I would need to make the player aware they will be kicked if they committed the crime, a third time. Whereas, if it was done again, quite a while after the first incident, I would warn them similarly to that of the first.
How would you handle that person doing it again for the third time? - My logic is that if someone is to do something a third time against the rules, they are aware they are doing it, therefore they will be issued with a kick from the server (If in game).

What is your reaction if someone publicly proves you wrong on the forums? - DEAL WITH IT. Laugh it off, congratulate the lucky soul on their over-whelming wisdom.
What would you do when someone breaks a rule on the forums? - Reply to the thread (If the rule break is a post) alerting the player of their rule break and requesting they edit it to fit within the server 'forum rules' guideline.
When would you lock a thread? - I have previously made a thread about this in the past as it came to my attention some members of staff were doing it incorrectly, but I would check that the post was inline with server guidelines, if not e.g Double Post, I will comment explaining the breach of the rule and ending the comment with 'Thread Locked'. I will then, obviously, lock the thread.

Describe yourself in 1 sentence: Basically, 99.9% of the time, i'm ready to help the players of MPS, that other 0.01% of the time is mainly when I am asleep, between the hours of 2:30am and 5:00am.
Anything else we should know about you? - Anything else you would like to know about my intentions please do not threat about contacting me.
Situation: A player is out of the map on MC-WAR. What are the steps that you would take to ensure that this player and situation is properly dealt with? - Ask the player if there is any way in which they can return to the map individually. If this is not possible, I will ask them to leave the server and I will report it to an Smod/Admin. If the player does not respond, I will be forced to take further action e.g Kicking
Do you generally know how all the plugins and commands work? - Due to my time being mod on WarZ, I believe I have a solid understanding of commands I will need to be aware of.
Do you realize that if you are disrespectful or abuse your power, your power will be taken away? - I am aware of this.

- If accepted, I will make sure that I am equally as active on WarZ and MinecraftParty, and believe I am fully ready for this new challenge. I hope you agree.
