Hello everyone. As you may know, I was previously accepted into the interview stage. But that's not going to be why I'm re-applying. I was told at the end there were some things I had to work on. I have taken it upon myself to work on and correct those certain things. So now that I've finished my small story, I will now allow you to read my application. Thanks Brawlers.

Have you read over this thread? - Yes. I have read the thread through carefully and extensively so that way I can know what details are required to answer the questions on this application.

What is your in-game name? - My in-game name is SpeedBreaker.
Have you changed your name in the past? If you have, please list them. - I have changed my name in the past. My previous name was Speedo1735. I changed my name to SpeedBreaker because I wanted to remove the numbers at the end. I also chose SpeedBreaker because of an F-777 song I like.
Does anyone else have access to your Minecraft account? - No. Nobody else besides me has access to my Minecraft account. I did let my friend use the account but I reset the password when he quit Minecraft (about 5 months ago).

How old are you? - I am currently 15 years old, born March 24, 2000.
What time zone are you in? - I am in PST (Pacific Standard Time, GMT -7:00)
Are you multilingual? Can you speak multiple languages? - Yes I am multilingual. I can speak English and Spanish. I am taking Spanish in high school so I can learn more as well.

What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? - I first was exposed to this open-world indie sandbox game in late 2012. I bought it for a school project but then became hooked and opened up to multiplayer. I first played on DesiredCraft but then moved on to Brawl when my friend showed me MC-War. I was immediately addicted and that sparked my interest in MC-War.
What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? - Well, I was a super mod on a friend's server but shut down due to the owner quitting Minecraft. I was also super admin on 3 small servers and I had to configure the essentials, the economy, and also the WorldGuard for spawn. But those servers all closed down too because of financial problems and the owners losing interest in Minecraft.
What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? - I will provide a safe and fun environment where everyone can feel welcome and also enjoy their time on our servers. Additionally, I am available to help any players who need questions answered or hackers caught.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - I have never used a hacked client before and I also am unable to due to the parental controls set on my Mac. GateKeeper prevents unverified developers from installing anything. So if I want to install OptiFine or Forge, I need my dad's administrator password because GateKeeper claims it isn't a verified developer.
Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server? If so, why? - I have never been banned on a Minecraft server for a legitimate reason. I was only banned by abusive staff and also they were very immature for their ages.

What do you consider your greatest strength? - I consider my greatest strength is that I am very helpful. If anyone has a question about how a certain server works or even how to input a certain Brawl command, I am usually able to help them out with their problem.
What do you consider your greatest weakness? - I consider my greatest weakness is that sometimes I will forget certain things. For example, say a player needs help with catching a hacker. But I am already helping a player learn the Hub mechanics. Then when I am done helping the previous player, I may forget for about 5 minutes that I need to help someone else. But I am working on improving my remembrance of information.

How active do you consider yourself on Brawl? - I consider myself very active on Brawl. Logging in at least once per day and checking up on MC-War or any servers my friends want to play on.
Which Brawl servers are you most active on? - I am most active on MC-War. I have been playing since July 2013 and haven't stopped playing since. I am applying because I really want to help my favorite Brawl server keep the same great gameplay but keeping the environment a safe and protected place.
How many hours can you provide a day and during what time frame? - I can provide about 1-2 hours per day and between the hours of 4:30-5:45 PM Monday through Friday and 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Saturday and Sunday. These same hours apply to days off from school.

What would you do if someone breaks a rule in-game? - If someone breaks a rule in-game, I would first warn them not to break the rule (Bypassing chat filter, racism, inappropriate comments, 18+ topics, excessive swearing, player/staff disrespect). If they do it a second time, I will mute them for 5 minutes (if it is a chat glitch). If they go oom (Out Of Map), I will ask them to come back into the map, suicide, or type /spawn. If they do not do one of those three options, I will kick for Out Of Map. If they are caught for a third time, I will kick for one hour and file a report with higher staff.
What would you do if someone breaks a rule on the forums? - If someone breaks a rule on the forums, I would first warn them that what they did is against the rules and I would link them to the rules thread. If they break a rule again I would probably forums mute them and/or temp ban for a couple of hours. Third time, I would temp ban for a day.
What would you do if someone breaks a rule on TS3? - If someone breaks a rule on TS3, I would take different courses of action for each circumstance:

• TS3 Name: I would first request that they make their TS3 name similar to their Minecraft name. If they choose not to, I would kick them from the current channel and move them to the "Rules" channel and remind them that their name needs to be their IGN. If they don't change it a second time, I will kick them and remind them to change their name or they will be banned. If they still have not changed their name, I will temp ban them for one hour and report him/her to higher staff.
• Voice Changer: If someone was using a voice changer, I would first request they turn it off and also remind them that using a voice changer is against the rules and they can get banned for it. If they turn it back on or they continue, I will mute them for 5 minutes and tell the person they will be banned next time. If they turn it back on again, I will ban for one hour and report him/her to higher staff.
• Screaming/blowing into mic/echo/background noise/etc.: If someone is blowing into their mic, or screaming, I would ask that the person stop screaming or blowing into their mic. If they wish not to comply, I will mute them and tell them to stop blowing on mic or screaming. Fig they do it again after being unmated, I will put them on Forced Push-to-Talk. If they come back and message me to remove it, I will ask them if they have stopped blowing on their mic or screaming into it. If they still have not stopped, I will keep Forced Push-to-Talk enabled. Now, if they have an echo or background noise, I will ask them to either change their sensitivity levels, mute their mic, or use Push-to-Talk.
• Broadcasting music: I would ask that they turn off the music or switch to the Music/Recording Channel to broadcast music. If they continue to broadcast, I will mute them for 5 minutes and remind them to change channels/or turn off the music. The third time, I would temp ban for an hour and report to higher staff.

Situation (as a staff member): You log on Brawl, and you’re told that there is a huge, game-breaking economy glitch. No Admins are online to solve the situation. What steps would you take to handle the issue? - Well, first off I would tell everyone online that anyone caught abusing the economy glitch would be punished. Second, I would go to the shop causing the glitch and watch over to see who would be abusing the glitch (If there is a shop). Lastly, I would PM a higher staff member on the forums explaining the glitch.

How many Brawl staff applications have you made in the past? - I have submitted four staff applications in the past.
What is the date of the last application you submitted? - The last application I submitted was on January 2, 2015.

Do you have a working microphone? - Yes. I have a working Razer Kraken USB that I use for TeamSpeak and Skype. Occasionally it may start robot echoing but I have a temporary fix for it.
Are you able to record and upload videos? - Yes. I have a working version of ScreenFlow and I have a YouTube channel where I can upload videos of hackers on. Channel link here: http://www.youtube.com/S1735Productions

Do you generally know how all the staff member commands work? - Yes. I generally know how /mute, /kick/ and /fp work. If I am unsure of how a command works, I will message another staff member who knows how to use it.

Anything else we should know about you? - Well, I am a very passionate hockey player and a swimmer. I have been swimming for 12 years and playing hockey (for fun) for 4 years. I also play the piano and have been playing that for 10-11 years.
