Video Games Arma II Tips

Never heard of or played the game, but here's a video with 33 facts about it. It seems like a cool game.

I have the game, I'm terrible at the game cause I don't know bullet drop etc. I started of playing against bots so I can improve my aim.

 

Arma 2? All I can really say is learn how to range in with the snipers and understand ranging with rangefinders. If you got Arma 2 to play DayZ, make sure you hide in trees when sniping, hiding in buildings will get you caught, even some alright looking camo clothes will increase your chance of survival by a ton. Flying a helicopter isn't that hard, you just need to understand that you shouldn't decrease altitude quickly and make sure you keep tapping the "Q" key while in autohover when trying to land a heli. To range farther with a sniper hit the "PAGE UP" key and on the top right you should see the 200m change to something like 300m. To range closer hit the "PAGE DOWN" key. To fly a heli you need to press shift to gain altitude and you can use either of these keys to change where you're flying to: WASD. If you're trying to gain speed or trying to get out of a war zone or to outrun someone chasing you, make sure you gain altitude while tapping the "W" key. Another tip is to listen to your surroundings, you can hear people moving around and sometimes if they're really close, you can hear them breathing. (You might wanna turn your sound up)

 

I thought Up and down was like Q and SHIFT.

 

Q is to go down and SHIFT is to go up.
