As hard as it maybe to bieleve yes I don't have your exact opinion and enjoy something you don't. Strange isn't it
It's not about doing good in the game it's about having fun. I'm good at nosoup but in my opinion it's boring


Anyways the voting is pretty much even so neither server should take priority

 

Brawl does have a bit more players so we'll see how it plays out

 

The majority of Brawl's players are casual gamers and kids who enjoy pick-up-and-play gamemodes like Minecraft Party. The reality is that once they get wrecked by souping veterans on their first game, they're not going to want to come back; very few will stick it out and learn to soup.

Also, the results of the poll are somewhat skewed in favour of soup due to the demographics of Brawl's forum-goers: casual players who would undoubtedly prefer no-soup aren't going to be making forum accounts and voting in this poll.

Alternate is a bad idea, it completely defeats the purpose of no soup.

 

Or the maybe the server might just get half the players because of the alternation

I actually do think so, maybe some people would not like it but others certainly will. I remember when I wasn't that good at souping and whenever I got killed by an expert souper I thought to myself "I lost that battle because I'm not good enough at souping" and "I wanna get better at souping". And this wasn't tedious, it was fun. I loved practicing on kitpvp servers because soup hg gave me such a challenge. Some people aren't up for that but I will guarantee that many others are.

I don't like your attitude using me as a bad example. Can't you see what people are saying? Soup shouldny be the main gamemode. As everyone said, if a new player joins Soup HG, they will die, trying to fight someone with soup. Once they die, they'll quit Soup. At least No-Soup benefits the people who don't want to have to deal with those soupers. All I'm saying is that, Soup HG and No-Soup HG should be separate games. Some like soup, others don't. Stop trying to get Soup HG to dominate No-Soup HG. You'll kill the population of the people who like No-Soup. I'm actually trying to get the servers to be separate. You're being selfish. You think Soup HG should take over No-Soup and all the Veteran HG players can have fun while all the No-Soup players should have to get forced to learn how to soup so that they can play HG again. I used autosoup once because I found Soup HG very hard. I don't hack anymore, but I didn't want to do it. I don't want to have to waste my valuable time practicing while I could be having fun playing HG.

Soup HG and No-Soup HG do not get along, therefore, we should be seperate servers.

Thats fine if you DONT LIKE SOUP. But you cant say you would be " wasting your valuable time " practicing how to soup, because you also had to practice how to PVP. I voted to keep both servers. Btw why the f. am i being selfish?

 

I completely agree with bscherrer. I think everyone in MCPVP who has played since the beginning wants soup to prevail once again, as it is becoming less and less common in servers. Instead of no-soupers only playing no-soup, I think that teaching non-soupers how to play with soup (as I was once taught) would help make the soup community better (as no-soupers are generally more kind and less attacking). Because of these reasons, I think soup should be the only hardcore games server type on brawl. If no-soupers want to play hardcore games, SG is pretty much the same thing.

 

Thats the stupidest thing that's been said on this thread.... The reason Hg declined was due to the giant skill gap, players don't have time nor do they want to spend a year learning how to soup like the veterans.
