    You guys need at least one mod spectating EVERY hardcore games. It's impossible to play when I just get killed by a speed and ff hacker literally every game...

    Join our community slack. There you can report hackers to staff members instantly by sending a message in our hacker reports chat. Sometimes they'll get banned before/during the game if a staff members is actively checking the chat.

    This is simply impossible. Our servers are running 24/7 and there are 6 HG servers. This means we would need 6 HG Mods at any time, which is impossible because of timezones, real life and the amount of staff members we have.

    Even with more mods, you can't expect the servers to be moderated 24/7. People have a life outside Minecraft too, ya know?

    I do... then I see the exact same hacker in my next game. It's not just me who thinks this. I see everyone in chat complaining about hackers and lack of mods. It needs to be fixed. If you people don't see this then you need to open your eyes...

    I've played plenty of HGs and I've seen not 1 person in-game call hacks on someone else (apart from when someone called hacks on me...)

    Yeah, mods aren't robots. If you feel uncomfortable when you're playing against a hacker, I suggest you should install a recording software such as Fraps or Bandicam to catch those cheating scum bags.
