Laggy behavior since last night's update

    Hey everyone-

    Obviously Chickenputty and the other admins/devs/etc. put together a nice update for the server. I have to say it looks very nice, and is very functional but it is very, very laggy.

    Mining is almost impossible to do, and riding horses is the same (which I do a lot). My guess is the memory or CPU got pegged with the new code... Bassmaster6, NomNuggetNom or ChickenPutty can you take a peek? Thanks.

    And one other thing- when I respawn into the game my armor is taken off and put into my inventory. Can this please be fixed?

    Also if anyone else is experiencing lag, please describe it so the admins can help diagnose it.

    Does this only happen when you are in spawn or everywhere?

    Everywhere. I do ride a horse frequently so It could be removing my armor because I'm respawning on an entity. I know work was done for entities so I might have a bizarre bug from that.

    Survival seriously needs some work done to it. The lag is beyond unplayable.

    Lots of stuff has been done to the server today. PvP logging has been fixed, spawn is lowered, all the words are back in spawn. The only issue now is lag and its being worked on. A big thanks to Chap, Putty, Morty and NomNugget!

    These are the main bugs everyone Wishes were out of Survival PvP. : #1 Go back to 1.7 or a better Combat version. #2 Fix the hit detection, like come on... It is whoever gets the first hit wins the fight. #3 Fix the lag spikes, For example : You break a block while mining and it doesn't disappear or give you the item after 1 or 2 seconds. That's the 3 problems in PvP Survival everyone wants fixed including me. I hope admins and coders will fix those 3 problems in a period of 5-6 months, Because Brawl is no longer enjoyable like it was in 1.7 And I'm sure other Folks can agree.

    I find PvP to be the same, I'm not the type of person to complain about all these things, but another bug is that I can't place seeds, or 2 seeds next to each other, weird glitch...

    I place down seeds yet they just pop right out for me, there are seeds right next to them that are planting all right, maybe just those blocks are glitched.

    I have placed lots of torches and the seeds around it are working fine, I guess I'll just... PLACE MORE TORCHES!

    Try lighting them from above if the seeds are in the middle of your farming area.
