    Can you maybe show us if it are your buildings? do this by doing /plotme info on that plot and show it to us.

    It need to be builds of your own. Yes, you can have some people work on it. But it must officially be yours.

    Also: Can you take some screenshots that show that it is your plot?

    Well... It isn't finished. But atleast it looks good so far.

    What about that other house? It clearly isn't on your plot.

    Did you fill out why you need de rank?
    And also i think your builds need a little more work.
    And that building that's not on your plot. Get another one from your plot.
