    If there is an Elite Server actually coming out then you should support 1.7, a lot of PvP'ers love 1.7, 1.8 mechanics are really messed up when it comes to PvP.

    And if you want to attract new players from outside of brawl, that's the way to go. #Support1.7

    Brawl is never going back to 1.7. It's unfortunate, but that's the way things are.

    1.9 is coming out soon. I don't think supporting 2 previous major versions of Minecraft would be a very good idea.

    1.9 ruined PvP mechanics, look at some very big PvP type servers and see if they want to update to 1.8 in that matter?

    I think the real question is about 1.9 now, it's almost upon us and will change PvP as we know it forever... Let's hope it changes for the better otherwise it's goodbye to PvP servers :frowning:
