Kit idea: Sturdy

You have a nice concept for a kit here but you dont really explain its functions well nor do i think its ready to be published because it looks as if its still an idea you have and you should try to make a better post to advertise it especially if you are really hoping people like it and its published for the consumers .

 

Well he made it in McPvP. He's been thinking it over for a while.
I bet he wishes he still has the original version, because that's how we got to this refined 8 hearts or over 1 and a half seconds thing.
It was like ten pages of refining and writing and ideas.

Hey man , the way the idea is written down is not very good and that in turn effects how people like the idea , like i said its a cool concept but does not take in account the other similar kits ( thats why i asked for refining so its unique )

 

Yeah, I get what you mean. That was a big thing with some people I know, making the post look great so people like it. First impressions and all that. @Dragonoids is/was the formatting king.
What else can he add though? Its kinda short simple and to the point.
You can't be instakilled when you have enough hearts.
Thats even simpler.
Ask a question, and I'm sure he will answer it! (Or I can.)

 

Yes i like the idea , all it needs is a completely new format and for him to actually make it clearer what the kit does , because the post is kinda all over the place

 

I understand how this kit works, but if you want effects like this why not just use the turtle kit? It seems like it has similar (if not perhaps better) abilities.

This is exactly what I said when I was trying to stomp this idea into the ground!- I mean, give constructive criticism!

 

Seems like Turtle or Titan would do the job a lot better. They both can avoid instant death and have benefits on their own. This kit would only help if you aren't paying attention and you get stomped/accidentally fall far.

 

I'm not an hger but this seems too niche to be better than titan or turtle.

 

I agree with you on that one , the reason i look past it is because this kit simply does not let you die instantly . But yes they should alter the concept abit so that the kit idea is not completely shot to the ground because of something else with better abilities .

 

Knew that was gonna come up sometime That was what we spent five of those ten pages discussing. Sturdy is supposed to protect you from the surprise attacks, or the attacks that most people thing are rude. (Creeper, Stomper, FallDamage PotSpam DiamondSwordSharpnessStrength ect) While turtle is more for strategic use. Turtle can do the same thing, and more, but its not passive. And while you are being protected you cannot run or chase, or attack back. Sturdy is not quite as powerful, but it works always, so you can run and chase and attack while still having the protection from an instant kill.

 

Like I said then: Sturdy would only serve as a Turtle to less aware people

It doesn't really take any skill :/

And if you fools want a pokemon ability kit then just start with Color Change, Magnet Pull, Wonder Guard, or something.

Yes but what is the point in adding it if there are more kits that have the same function , you need to understand that the kit pool is so large now that they wont add something that is basically a copy of other kits
