    I don't see why the staff doesn't allow them :/ they don't do anything bad. The rule should be that you shouldn't SPAM meme post. That it all

    I don't really understand it either (you can post moving pictures with words, but not non-moving pictures with words, lol). But I'm sure they have a reason for it.

    One of the reasons is probably people will just use them to reply to everything. Like if somethings a stupid idea, rather than saying it's stupid they'll post a meme for it. They would be everywhere. If I had made the rules I would have probably said only in the off topic section or something.
