    That is not entirely true. Take a man that was born and raised in Africa (or anywhere else with poor education). This man was taught since he was a baby to treat other how he would be treated, to support his family, and protect his family. This man will do anything for his family and insure that they have the necessity to survive. This man has high moral standards but knows little about the way we communicate through written speech. Is this man mature?
