HG How to kill teams Taught by an OG!

Hello everyone my name is ItsNotoriousBIG and im from MCPVP , ive played the hardcore games since 2012 .
Teams will always be a problem for you especially if you arent in a team of your own so here are some basic ways to effectively kill the teams , but before you keep reading its crucial to understand im not promising that you will never lose to a team again im simply pointing you in the correct way and empowering you with knowledge which if used will at least level out the playing field !!!

So you are running towards the feast and suddenly you find a team of 2 players is already there and wont run away , you could engage in a turf war ( moving forward in an aggressive manner in order to get your opponents to back away from you therefore gaining ground !!! ) In this case they hold their ground and you decide to engage here are the key factors you need to focus on :

1) Focus one of them preferably the weakest ( least armor ) and try to kill him , no matter what you do dont give up and keep mashing your mouse till he gives up and bursts into a thousand pieces . You see the main power of teams is that teams have the ability to engage one at a time and then tag out ( one person fights you till he is weak and then the other engages giving his teammate an escape and getting you whilst your still weak ! By chasing the one member you basically take away this bonus they have , if you kill him then great but the other guy is still going H.A.M. on you , now is the time to run and regenerate your hp or refill / recraft . Once your ready for battle engage him and you should come out on top , this is because of the fact that when in a team people will have to split armor ect. so you can have full iron whilst they would have to split a set ! Generally in the games its YOU>1 TEAM MEMBER but also YOU< TEAM .

2) This is another tactic ive used and has been successful many times but generally only at the feast , since people want to get the feast if you engage them they will chase abit and then go back , try to run in and hit the one guy abit and then run , now they know you are aggressive and are a threat , they will most likely initially both chase you but then stop but in some cases the one member will keep chasing and the other will go back to defend the feast ! Now is the time to strike ! Wait for his teammate to be atleast 75-100 blocks away and then turn on him , in this situation your pvpskills matter the most , if you arent the best pvper here are some tips to get the jump on him and tip the scale in your favor !
a) Whilst being chased by the one team member start making silly mistakes like dont jump while you run as its slower and he will start catching up to you , in his dumb eyes this looks as if you are just making mistakes and he will think hes about to get you so he will keep chasing so this will gain you afew more blocks distance from his teammate , use double f5 ( hit f5 twice ) to see him and as he starts to catch up go back to normal view and do a 180 degree turn , by doing this you catch him by suprise and can get some initial hits in before he reacts ! Go for the kill but be smart , if his teammate is returning you should probably dip and engage them later !
Pro tip : take of some armor ( your chestplate for example ) which is generally considered the best piece of armor and keep it in your 9 slot on the hotbar ( if you select it and do a right click you will wear it !! ) this will make you look much weaker which may lead to only one of the team members chasing you as you seem weak and look like easy pray . So not only do you separate him but you catch them of guard !

3) Pick kits which are good for countering teams , here are some of those :
Kangaroo and Grappler ( Mobility is key ) , Viper , Snail , Cannibal , Urgal ( amazing for giving you a little more damage output ) , and possible the most underlooked of them all Digger ( trap the one member ) so all good up to here but here is the best of all , all behold the great GLADIATOR KIT ( THIS kit literally creates an arena where you 1v1 people !!! This is by far the best kit for killing teams and is widely used by hunters !!! And surprise surprise im not done yet ! Madman is another epic kit for team killing , it basically gives weakness to nearby opponents , so the strategy here is that you stay around them / let the chase you till they are so weak you can 2/3 shot them ! I have personally only killed at most a team of 5 people with this kit , bear in mind that killing them will be easy peasy !!!!
And one of my favorite kits ive used quite a bit in the past is Tank ! Its generally not widely used for one reason , what the kit does is basically when you kill someone they explode ! ( your immune to explosive damage ) so you can see that you could get an easy double / triple ect. kill with this kit especially in close quarters but the problem is that if you scale a tower and kill one person on top it may explode the blocks your standing on , therefore giving you a fastlane ticket to your death !

4) Try to figure out if the team is experienced ( check their profiles )
If you determine one of them is not as good then just focus him even if he has more armor , the general rule here for me is that anyone can spam click but not everyone can soup well ect. This is all up to you of course !

5) Figure out if they are talking on a 3rd party program ( Skype , TS ect. )
This can be done by simply checking their movement , are they coordinated ??? CHeck if those people were spamming to find a teammate and teamed in the lobby before the game started , this is crucial also because if they dont have the ability to communicate with each other without typing they will be easy to take on , this is because they cant easily share information and also if you jump one of them whilst the other cant see he cant send out a signal for help !

6) Keep calm and strafe on !!!! Dont get in close quarters , instead take advantage of open spaces and use their knockback in your favor ( when someone hits you and you go flying refill or use the distance to make a fast escape by just starting to run if you want an out !

7)Make sure you dont panic while in combat with them , at the end of a day its just a game , if you get in that mindset you will be in better shape to fight and if need be face failure , what does not kill you makes you stronger !!!

8) Most simple thing on this list but here it is : PRACTICE PVP !!!! Go into KitBrawl pick the Melee kit and jump in ! By doing this you will learn how to react when you are getting comboed and how to focus opponents ! Practice practice practice is gonna get the win at the end of the day!!
